It specializes in distributing internationally renowned chemical products, including matting agents, carbon black, silica, chemical additives, resins, etc., which are widely used in ink & coating, plastic, leather, textile, building materials and other industries.Key Responsibilities1. Develop and implement overseas business expansion strategies for chemical product distribution, achieve overseas revenue and growth targets.2. Establish and optimize overseas sales networks and channels, develop/maintain overseas distributors and key clients.3. Conduct overseas market research, analyze policies, industry trends, competitors and customer needs to support decision-making.4. Formulate digital overseas marketing plans combining internet sales models to enhance brand influence.5. Build and manage the overseas business team, establish assessment and incentive mechanisms.6. Coordinate internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of overseas orders and improve customer satisfaction.7. Identify and control overseas business risks (exchange rate, trade policies, compliance, etc.).Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing is preferred.2. Over 8 years of overseas sales experience, with 3+ years in senior management roles in the chemical industry; rich experience in overseas distributor development.3. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) as a working language for business negotiations.4. In-depth understanding of overseas chemical market dynamics, product applications and supply chain systems.5. Excellent leadership, coordination and resource integration capabilities.6. Familiar with internet sales models and digital marketing tools; innovative thinking.7.
