Director of International Wealth Management

Our client, a leading European financial institution specialised in wealth management, is looking to appoint a senior executive to lead and expand its International Wealth Management activities.This is a unique opportunity to drive commercial growth, strengthen international client relationships (HNWI/UHNWI), and lead a multicultural team within a top-tier private banking environment.The role:As Director of International Wealth Management, you will:-Define and execute the commercial strategy for international markets.-Drive growth across AUM, NNM, RoA, financing and investment products.-Lead and mentor a team of Wealth Managers and client advisors.-Promote the bank’s full product suite (investments, credit, advisory, ESG solutions, structured products).-Ensure full regulatory and risk compliance (AML/KYC, MiFID II, cross-border).-Build a strong internal network with Compliance, Legal, Investment Office, Credit and Front Office stakeholders.-Strengthen long-term relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clients across multiple geographies.Profile Required-10 to 15+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or Family Office.-Proven track record in international business development and client acquisition.-Strong knowledge of investment solutions, asset allocation, credit structuring and wealth planning.-Excellent understanding of European regulatory requirements (MiFID II, AML/KYC, CSSF).-Experience managing and growing teams in a multicultural environment.-Fluent English and French (other languages are a plus).-MiFID Advisory certification required.
