Director of Investor Relations – Private Wealth & Institutional Capital –Private Equity | SwitzerlandLocation: Geneva, Switzerland.Candidate Profile: Private Wealth Capital Formation• 15+ years of front-line experience within private wealth channels, including FamilyOffices, UHNWI, and HNWI clients. Demonstrated excellence in capital acquisition andrelationship management.• Prior career history with top-tier financial institutions such as private banks, multi-familyoffices, asset managers, fund placement agents, or private investment firms.• Deep network of active private capital allocators and proven ability to unlock capitalcommitments through tailored relationship development.• Skilled at providing strategic investment guidance to sophisticated private wealthstakeholders.• Superior interpersonal and communication skills with an exceptional record in sustaininginvestor engagement.• Creative thinker with a commercial edge—able to conceptualize and deliver practicalsolutions for client and firm objectives.• Strong presentation skills and the capacity to translate technical investment informationinto compelling narratives.• Comfortable operating autonomously, while highly collaborative within a fast-movingteam environment.• Solid understanding of private markets and alternative fund structures; exposure toDeepTech investments advantageous but not essential (training available).• Entrepreneurial attitude and strong intellectual curiosity required.Key Responsibilities: Private Wealth• Senior mandate working directly alongside the firm’s executive leadership.• Lead capital formation initiatives targeted at sophisticated private capital channels.• Develop strategic coverage models for each client; articulate a differentiated valueproposition.• Foster long-term relationships with high-value private wealth clients and investmentgatekeepers.• Maintain insight into investor objectives and constraints to align engagement strategyaccordingly.• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of investor communications, documentation, anddisclosures.• Maintain up-to-date awareness of market dynamics, investor preferences, and industrymovements.Candidate Profile: Institutional Capital & Strategic Fundraising• Minimum 15+ years of institutional fundraising and investor relations experience, with atleast 5+ years in senior capital development roles.• Established and active network of institutional allocators and LPs; proven performance incapital mobilization.• Experience cultivating institutional relationships across pension funds, sovereign wealthentities, endowments, and fund-of-funds.• Demonstrated expertise in alternative investments, preferably including structuredvehicles or fund-of-funds.• Strong technical fluency with investment products and private fund structuring.• Track record in long-term investor alignment and institutional strategy execution.• Highly analytical and strategic in navigating investor agendas.• Executive-level communication style—able to distill and present complex ideas succinctly.• Operates independently with an integrated mindset, complementing a boutique-styleinvestment platform.• Appreciation of DeepTech/AI market themes is a plus (firm-supported learning available).Key Responsibilities: Institutional Investors• Drive capital raising and institutional engagement at the firm-wide level.• Build comprehensive investor strategies aligned to institutional objectives and compliancestandards.• Lead key investor meetings, communications, and strategic touchpoints.• Execute institutional fundraising initiatives with full responsibility for end-to-enddelivery.• Analyze market trends and deploy data-backed insights to shape outreach and offerings.• Monitor industry competition and adjust engagement strategies to optimize capital flow.• Partner with investment leadership to co-develop investor communication andpositioning.Compensation & Strategic Growth Opportunity• Market-leading base compensation commensurate with experience.• Lucrative bonus incentives aligned to capital raising performance.• Eligibility for GP Carry economics in high-performing mandates.• Defined path to equity partnership and leadership within the firm.
