Its collaborative, people-first culture drives innovation, professional growth, and enduring client relationships.Position Summary:The Director of Maintenance, Reliability & Turnaround will lead one of the firm’s most dynamic and strategically important business lines. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will own the division’s strategy, operations, and growth—shaping client delivery, business development, and financial performance. The role offers meaningful autonomy, executive visibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a company that prizes entrepreneurial thinking, technical rigor, and results.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Maintenance, Reliability & Turnaround division with full accountability for technical excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability.Build deep client relationships, developing data-driven solutions that enhance reliability, maintenance efficiency, and turnaround performance.Scope, price, and oversee high-impact projects such as turnaround readiness reviews, maintenance optimization, and root cause analyses.Serve as a thought leader in maintenance and reliability—representing the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.Recruit, mentor, and inspire top-performing engineers, consultants, and technical experts.Partner with senior leadership to set divisional strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive performance metrics.Manage full P&L responsibility to ensure sustainable business success.Education and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.At least 15 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, and/or turnaround leadership within process industries (refining, chemical, or power).Proven success leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing client-facing initiatives.Strong technical foundation in reliability engineering, maintenance strategy, and turnaround planning/execution.Prior consulting or advisory experience preferred.Willingness to travel up to 30%, as needed, for client and leadership initiatives.Why This Role?This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship division within a respected, growth-focused engineering organization.
