Director of MarketingPosition OverviewThe Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and growth.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content creation, and social media marketing.Oversee campaign management and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Utilize ERP and CRM systems to improve customer engagement and retention.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a leadership role.Strong background in brand management and digital marketing.Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.Proficiency in project management and campaign management methodologies.Familiarity with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
