Bless provides food microbiology, food chemistry lab services, and offers product inspection and certification. The company is also involved in providing food and nutrition training for the agro-processing and hospitality industries.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Marketing and Business Development, located in Legafo, Oromia, Ethiopia. The Director of Marketing and Business Development will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, creating posts as well as managing social media and overseeing the marketing and sales of the company. The role involves collaborating with other departments and b2b to achieve business development goals and ensure the growth and success of the company’s services.QualificationsExperience in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and digital media Marketing/management Proficiency in Market Research and SalesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Addis Ababa, EthiopiaBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MSc/MA/MBA or BSc/BA in Economics, Marketing, Food Science, or a related fieldExperience in the agro-processing or laboratory industry is beneficial5/7 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, of which 3 years are in a managerial position.A capacity using digital marketing, Social Media, graphic design & Video editing is preferable /has an advantage/Please send your CV on jobs@blesslaboratory.com
