Since launching in 2020, our team of engineers, scientists, and policy experts has helped energy producers representing 10% of global oil & gas output slash methane and carbon emissions. And we’ve helped them earn OGMP 2.0 Gold Standard certification faster and at lower cost.   We operate like a high-growth startup: rapid experimentation, continuous learning, and measurable impact. You’ll tackle complex climate challenges alongside industry pioneers, supported by a culture of respect, curiosity, and a good dose of fun. The pace is brisk and the problems are tough, but the rewards—professional growth, real-world impact, and equity in our success—are big.   If you thrive in ambiguity, value collaboration, and want your Monday morning to matter, let’s talk.   Highwood Emissions Management (Highwood) is an equal opportunity employer working to enable diversity in the workforce. We welcome all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. We also value diversity of worldview, experience, and perspective.  Your Mission Lead Highwood’s go-to-market as a player/coach who owns both strategy and execution. You’ll turn our technical leadership into qualified pipeline and brand authority by running integrated demand programs, sharpening our product marketing and GTM narrative, elevating brand/communications & thought leadership, and grow our social presence (LinkedIn company + executive voices; YouTube) while keeping marketing ops/data tight. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Product, operate an AI-first marketing system (with clear guardrails), and grow a small team plus external partners to deliver measurable growth.   What you’ll do (high-level): Demand gen & campaigns: Build/run integrated, ICP-mapped programs (paid, SEO/AIO, web, email); with events/field marketing as core growth levers; operate a visible test-and-learn cadence.  Product marketing & GTM narrative: Own positioning/messaging, value props by segment/use case; translate product into buyer-stage content and launches; maintain competitive intel and a simple win–loss loop; own sales enablement assets and internal enablement.  Brand, communications & thought leadership: Define and steward the brand promise & proof; run an editorial POV and content calendar tied to buying stages; drive PR/analyst, speaking, and bylines that reinforce our narrative.  Social & video channels: Run a practical plan for LinkedIn (company page + advise Thomas/Jessica on tone, cadence, and topics) and YouTube (talks, webinars, shorts); repurpose campaign and thought-leadership content; monitor analytics and iterate. Marketing ops, analytics & revenue alignment: Co-own the funnel with Sales (MQL/SQL/SAL & SLAs); keep routing/scoring tight; govern data, attribution, UTMs/naming, and a single source-of-truth dashboard; publish simple KPI packs/post-mortems.  Team leadership & operating rhythm: Hire/coach a small team; set crisp handoffs with Sales/Product; manage 3rd party marketing vendors; run a simple operating rhythm and deploy AI to expand what marketing can do (better targeting, personalization, testing, and forecasting) with brand/IP/privacy guardrails.    About You Background & experience 7+ years in B2B SaaS/tech-enabled services with at least one post-Seed/Series-A scale-up role as a hands-on builder.  Proven demand gen + marketing ops operator with HubSpot ownership (lead scoring, lifecycle/routing, automation, attribution).  Product marketing depth: positioning/messaging, value props, launches, competitive intel, win–loss, and sales enablement.  ABM & intent orchestration: named-account programs tied to stage progression and opportunity creation. AI-first marketing track record beyond LLMs (targeting/personalization, creative/offer testing, media/CRO, forecasting/measurement) with brand/IP/privacy guardrails.  Comfortable with long, complex buying groups and tight alignment with Sales; events/field marketing experience.  Experience hiring/mentoring small teams and orchestrating partners (agencies and strategic GTM alliances).  Climate / oil & gas familiarity is a strong plus.   Skills & traits Demand generation strategy & execution (integrated, ICP-mapped programs that create qualified pipeline).  Product marketing (positioning/messaging, value props, launches, competitive intel, win–loss; strong sales enablement).  Brand & communications (brand promise & narrative, editorial POV, PR/analyst, executive visibility).  Content development (mid-/bottom-funnel) (briefs, one-pagers, case studies, ROI sheets tied to campaigns and stages).  Marketing operations (lead scoring, lifecycle/routing, attribution governance; single source-of-truth dashboards).  ABM & intent orchestration (named-account plays with stage-progression goals).  CRM + MAP fluency (HubSpot required) (admin-level automation and reporting).  Reporting & analytics (decision-grade KPI dashboards; simple KPI packs/post-mortems).  Social media strategy & execution: LinkedIn company + executive advisory, governance, calendar, community engagement, analytics.  AI-first marketing systems (guardrailed workflows across research, creative, media/CRO, personalization, forecasting).  Ownership & collaboration (player/coach, resourceful, data-driven; strong cross-functional comms with Sales/Product/Exec).   The Benefits At Highwood, we are committed to the physical and mental health of our employees and of their families: Our Canadian health and dental benefits package includes - coverage for dental visits, prescription drugs, vision, massage, physiotherapy, and psychotherapy - we pay the premiums, and the package includes your partner and dependents. We offer $5,000/year to help cover non-essential educational pursuits of your choice. For our Canadian employees, we provide RRSP matching after one year. We have an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) We offer similar benefits to our employees elsewhere in the world.  Highwood’s promise to staff and contractors is to: Treat you with respect, fairness, and honesty. Give you a voice.
