The successful candidate will oversee the non-clinical departments, ensuring that they run smoothly and align with our healthcare organization's goals. This role involves a focus on areas such as contracts, IT, process optimization, billing, HR, process improvement, healthcare regulations, strategic planning, operations management, leadership, and business process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership and operations management within the healthcare sector.Responsibilities Oversee and manage all non-clinical operations including IT, HR, Billing, and Contract departments. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality services. Ensure all operations comply with healthcare regulations and laws. Facilitate the credentialing process and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers. Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and performance. Manage contracts negotiation, execution, and renewals. Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives. Develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability. Implement and oversee quality assurance programs, ensuring the organization meets and exceeds industry standards.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, specifically overseeing non-clinical operations. Proven experience in contracts, credentialing, IT, process optimization, Billing, HR, process improvement, healthcare regulations, strategic planning, operations management, leadership, and business process improvement. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and laws. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team. Excellent strategic planning and business process improvement skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
