Responsibilities include leading teams, maintaining operational standards, coordinating investigative processes, and optimizing workflows. The role will also involve client coordination, resource management, and ensuring alignment with company values. This is a part timer, on-site position based in Akron, OH.QualificationsLeadership and organizational skills; experience in team management and operations coordinationStrong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaborationKnowledge in investigative processes or related fields; familiarity with compliance and regulatory standardsProficiency in project management and workflow optimizationAnalytical skills for problem-solving and strategic decision-makingAdaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyExperience in public speaking or conducting training sessions is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
