Director of Operations – MDT Sporting GoodsThis executive search is conducted by Nelson/Kraft & Associates on behalf of MDT Sporting GoodsEXECUTIVE SUMMARYMDT Sporting Goods is seeking a dynamic and experienced operations leader to join their team as Director of Operations (DOO).The DOO is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing production operations across four manufacturing plants, ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability. Reporting to the President, this position will lead a company-wide lean transformation, starting with a pilot and expanding across all facilities, while implementing visual management systems, TAKT time standards and continuous improvement initiatives. The DOO will harmonize processes, drive capacity planning and cost control and coach six Production Managers to embed a culture of operational excellence.
