To learn more about the company including a locations map, visit us at: https://www.stella-jones.com/en/inside-stella-jonesPosition OverviewThe Director of Operations for the Central region is responsible for leading the operations of all treating plants and distribution centers in the region. This Director interacts with Plant Managers, Accounting and Finance departments, Sales and Human Resources to make sure the budget of the facilities is managed properly, and the customers get excellent quality products in a timely manner. This Operations leader oversees production, environmental compliance of the facilities (including TRDs), Health and Safety Program, Financial Reporting, Capex Program, SAP and Engineering. This role offers the opportunity to work with a motivated, collaborative team and contribute to meaningful improvements across our plant network, where past initiatives have shown clear results.his position is open due to an internal promotion and will be based either at our office/plant in Gormley or Shelburne.
