This key leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing our human resources strategy, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving employee engagement and development.Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsLead and mentor the HR team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all HR functionsDrive cultural transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivityDesign and oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning programsImplement performance management systems and processes to optimize workforce capabilitiesSpearhead leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leadersEnsure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulationsCollaborate with senior leadership to address strategic HR challenges and opportunitiesManage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handlingDevelop and monitor HR budgets and key performance indicatorsAct as a change agent, facilitating organizational development and transformation initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and cultural normsExperience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf regionStrong strategic thinking and decision-making skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesProven track record in organizational development and cultural transformationExpertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagementStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalFluency in Arabic and EnglishProficiency in HRIS and HR analytics toolsProfessional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plusAbility to influence and collaborate with senior leadershipChange management experience and adaptability to dynamic business environmentsSaudi nationality is required for this position
