The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably with a background in PR and sponsorship sales, as well as significant agency experience. This role requires someone who can build and maintain partnerships with various brands and businesses, secure sponsorship deals, and engage effectively with CMOs, sustainability teams, CSR teams, and brand managers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain partnerships with brands and businesses to join our reward program.Identify and secure sponsorship deals to support Mint Rewards’ initiatives.Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners and sponsors.Cultivate and manage relationships with CMOs, sustainability teams, CSR teams, and brand managers to promote collaboration and support for our mission.Negotiate and finalize partnership and sponsorship agreements.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align partnerships with overall business objectives.Monitor and report on the performance of partnership and sponsorship activities, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.Stay current with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.Qualifications:8 to 10 years of experience in creative marketing, account management, or a related field.Significant experience working in an agency environment.Proven track record in PR and sponsorship sales.Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and stakeholders.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Experience creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations.Knowledge of sustainability, CSR, and environmental initiatives is a plus.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.What are we offering:Equity: Upto 8% based on experience (negotiable for exceptional profile)Phantom equity scheme.
