Job Title: Director, ProcurementReports to: Chief Financial OfficerLocation: Jeddah Job PurposeResponsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process within the organization. This includes developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing of goods and services to support the organization’s operations and objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the organization’s procurement strategy to align with overall business goals.Lead and manage all procurement activities including planning, budgeting, sourcing, and contract management.Negotiate high-value contracts and manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal terms and conditions.Ensure compliance with local content requirements and provide accurate reporting to relevant authorities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.Represent the company in meetings, forums, and professional events with vendors and partners.Build and lead a high-performing procurement team and promote continuous improvement.Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).10–12 years of progressive experience in procurement with increasing managerial responsibilities.Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking and long-term planning.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Process optimization and performance monitoring.Relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.High level of integrity and professionalism.
