Job Description and ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the overall strategy and roadmap for the company’s digital asset products, with insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.End-to-End Product Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization, feasibility studies, and economic model design to development, launch, continuous operation, and iterative optimization.Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk management teams to ensure all product activities adhere to global regulatory requirements and the company’s internal risk control standards.Market and Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of institutional and high-net-worth client needs, define product value propositions, and support sales and marketing teams by creating product materials, training content, and more.Partnership Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external partners, including exchanges, custodians, market makers, blockchain protocols, data providers, and others.
