Director of Product Management

One of our clients, a fast-growing and well-funded cybersecurity start-up, is looking to hire a Product Management Director to lead and scale its product organization.The company develops an innovative platform designed to help organizations better manage and protect complex digital and cloud-based environments. (more details will be given to tje right candidate).As Product Director, you will define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high standards. This role includes full responsibility for the product lifecycle — from discovery and definition through development and launch — ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into clear product initiatives and priorities.The role requires strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, continuously monitoring product performance and driving ongoing improvements to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market.Requirements:7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years leading and mentoring Product Managers.Experience with cyber security product Strong technical background, either from engineering or hands-on product roles, with the ability to work closely with development teams.Proven experience working with cloud-based environments and complex technical products.Experience with large-scale distributed systems and modern infrastructure technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment while balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.Company location: Tel Aviv.Number of employees: 70.This position reports to: VP R&D.
