What You’ll Do This Product Marketing leadership role will collaborate with Teradata leaders worldwide to understand our technology direction and product strategy, and then lead a local team in the development and execution of Product Marketing programs and assets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building quality programs and assets that require strategic thinking, storytelling, and iterative development with both international peers and a local team. Specifically, this leader will: Work iteratively to develop and supervise Product Marketing Programs that include traditional Product Marketing assets, self-service tools, and use case demonstrations. Develop and improve the results of the local team and product deliverables Work on both ongoing programs and develop new tools, and improve Teradata’s position in the market. We are creating a Product Marketing POD in India. This position will lead the Product Marketing POD in India. This role will have 3 individual contributors reporting to this role Success is measured in the effective and efficient development of programs and content that positively impact the market, Teradata prospects, and customers. Who You’ll Work With This role will report to Teradata Product Marketing senior leadership and will require regular interaction with product marketing peers to understand the working environment and refine the POD’s approach to changing conditions. Teradata operates a hybrid working model, which requires a minimum of 50% on-site presence at our Hyderabad office to foster collaboration and team engagement. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate 8-10 years’ experience in Product Marketing in the technology space. Understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing, data platforms, marketplaces, and the vendors that evaluate/cover the space. A proven track record of managing local teams within an international company. What You’ll Bring Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working with a US-based leadership team and then with a local team of Product Marketers. An aptitude to digest highly technical product details, communicate expectations, inspect results, and celebrate successes!
