Anton’s long-term goal is to become a world-leading green energy technical services company, growing together with its clients and talent to promote high-quality development in the energy industry.📍DepartmentAnton Easy Investment & LeasingResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall planning and execution of oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering projects.Lead the implementation of large-scale natural gas projects in the Middle East, including preliminary technical solution design, cost evaluation, and subsequent project management.Oversee the entire commercial cycle of projects — from business opportunity identification to final payment collection.Coordinate technical teams, local subcontractors, government authorities, and security forces to ensure safe and timely project delivery.Conduct regular progress reporting and promptly address issues arising during project execution.Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to build and sustain long-term partnerships.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum, Natural Gas, or related disciplines.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of international marketing experience, including team management experience. Familiar with oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering fields.Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Arabic, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.Market Insight: Strong market awareness and ability to identify channel marketing trends; well-versed in various international online marketing and promotion strategies.Business Development Ability: Excellent capability in business execution; able to formulate and implement sales plans, policies, and strategies effectively.
