If so, this role is for you.We’re looking for a Director of Project Management to take ownership of operational execution across drug discovery, preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and CMC activities. You’ll work closely with the Project Leader and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met, risks are managed, and projects move forward efficiently.What you’ll do:Develop, maintain, and track integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.Identify potential bottlenecks, anticipate delays, and proactively drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.Facilitate team meetings, ensure decisions are documented, and action items are followed up.Maintain effective communication between internal teams, senior management, and external partners.Monitor progress against key deliverables and KPIs, prepare variance analyses, and support risk assessment and mitigation planning.Track financials, resource allocation, and vendor deliverables in coordination with Finance and Operations.Foster a collaborative, agile, and high-velocity team culture where priorities can shift rapidly.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project management within small molecules; CNS experience is a strong plus.Solid understanding of drug development processes from discovery to clinical proof of concept.Hands-on experience with project planning tools.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to “push gently but firmly” to maintain project momentum.Comfortable working in a flexible, entrepreneurial biotech culture.Why this role is exciting:Work across the full small molecule drug development lifecycle, gaining exposure to discovery, preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and CMC activities.Make an immediate impact by keeping projects aligned, on time, and on budget.Collaborate with passionate scientists, project leaders, and external partners in a fast-moving environment.Grow your career in a company where agility, initiative, and ownership are highly valued.If you love managing processes, orchestrating complex projects, and helping drug discovery move forward efficiently, we want to hear from you.
