Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Develop the group's quality strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementation plans. Promote standardized quality management across sites/business units. 2. Lead the establishment and certification of the group's IATF 16949 system. Continuously optimize the application of core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.3. Build a digital quality monitoring platform to identify process control weaknesses and drive systemic improvements. 4. Ensure implementation of customer quality standards and effective fulfillment of customer requirements. 5. Manage the full cycle of major customer complaints, prevent potential batch risks, and improve customer satisfaction. 6. Oversee the full-cycle management of quality improvement projects (from initiation to standardization), optimize quality costs, and enhance quality-related benefits. 7. Collaborate with R&D and production departments to lead resolution of critical quality issues. 8. Identify weaknesses in process quality control and drive continuous optimization for stable and controlled process quality. 9. Lead team transformation, foster a data-driven quality culture, and enhance the team's professional capabilities. Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of comprehensive quality management experience in the automotive parts industry, covering both plant and regional quality management. Familiarity with products such as vehicle lights, air conditioning systems, and wiring harnesses.- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, system development, team transformation, and quality assurance for key accounts. Capable of driving overall improvement in group quality management. - Proficient in English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
