Director of Real Estate Brokerage - Dubai. Overview: The Director of Real Estate Brokerage at our prestigious American family office in Dubai will oversee all aspects of our real estate investment and brokerage activities in Dubai.This leadership role entails managing a team of agents and brokers, developing strategic property portfolios, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and facilitating premium transactions that align with the family office’s investment goals and standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents and brokers to deliver exceptional service and achieve targeted sales performance.Develop and execute strategic growth plans for real estate investments and portfolio expansion in Dubai and the surrounding markets.Oversee all brokerage operations, including property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and client onboarding.Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and cultural considerations, including RERA regulations.Cultivate relationships with local developers, investors, and industry stakeholders to identify and capitalise on lucrative opportunities.Conduct market research and leverage data analytics to inform investment decisions and portfolio diversification.Manage marketing initiatives to promote high-end luxury properties and exclusive listings.Coordinate legal, financial, and due diligence processes for transactions.Prepare and present regular reports on market activity, financial performance, and strategic initiatives to the family office leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.At least 8+ years of experience in real estate brokerage, with a strong background in Dubai’s luxury and commercial markets.Valid Dubai real estate broker license or relevant certification.Familiarity with Dubai’s legal, tax, and regulatory environment.Proven leadership and business development skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Skills:Strategic planning and high-level decision-makingMarket analysis and portfolio managementLeadership and team developmentNegotiation and relationship buildingCultural awareness and adaptabilityProficiency in CRM and market research tools
