Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business, is looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to join our staff in Sherburne County in Minnesota. This is a great opportunity to grow you career and join a team that will foster your skills.As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will manage the delivery of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services at one or more dedicated sites to which they are assigned. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards. The director of rehabilitation will excel in direct clinical care, team development, operational management, and relationship building to achieve organizational goals.Position Type: Full-TimeWage Range: $40 - $60 / hour depending on experience.Location: Sherburne County, MNDirector of Rehabilitations Responsibilities:Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapy industry standards and federal, state, and local regulationsReview and analyze productivity, financial performance, and contribution margins regularly with the Regional DirectorRecruit, hire, and manage therapy staff to ensure optimal staffing levels and clinical performanceCollaborate with leadership on marketing and business development initiatives to drive growthOversee inpatient, outpatient, home health, and telehealth therapy programs to ensure quality and efficiencyAdminister and interpret functional outcome measures to track program effectivenessConduct compliance and quality audits to maintain regulatory and accreditation standardsProvide clinical care within scope of licensure as needed to support team and patient needsOrganize, plan, and manage departmental operations and time efficientlyLead and implement change management strategies to improve processes and outcomesFoster strong relationships with patients, families, staff, and referral sources through excellent serviceExercise sound judgment, independent decision-making, and critical thinkingCommunicate effectively through clear verbal and written communicationResolve conflicts and challenges through proactive problem-solving and collaborationDirector of Rehabilitation Qualifications:Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program or Physical Therapist Assistant and have a bachelor’s degreeMust possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant LicenseMust possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to skilled nursing and outpatient servicesMust be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks requiredKnowledge of billing systems and operations preferredExperience in management preferredBenefits:Competitive Pay with experience-based raisesTuition Assistance & Student Loan Forgiveness (site-specific)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with Employer MatchComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance) for Full-Time EmployeesEmployee Assistance Program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family members About Pro Rehab:Our philosophy reflects the belief that each individual is a unique and important person.
