The Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail insurance division, including managing sales strategies, supervising the team, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities also include developing business plans, managing budgets, and driving initiatives to achieve revenue targets. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments to align retail objectives with overall organizational goals.QualificationsExperience in Retail and Sales, with a strong understanding of insurance products and customer engagement strategiesProven skills in Team Management and the ability to lead, motivate, and train diverse teamsProficiency in Operations Management to streamline processes and improve efficiencyBudgeting expertise, including planning, monitoring, and ensuring financial disciplineStrategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication abilitiesRelevant experience within the insurance or financial services industry is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
