Make an Impact.Are you a results-driven sales leader with the vision to drive into vertical markets, develop people and the grit to deliver results? Due to growth and restructuring of our sales team we are looking for two exceptional Directors of Sales to take our regional sales strategy to the next level.As a key member of our leadership team, you will:Drive strategic sales plans that fuel revenue and customer growthLead, inspire, and empower your regional sales teamIdentify untapped markets and develop winning go-to-market strategiesBuild lasting customer relationships that deliver long-term valueAlign with cross-functional teams to keep sales strategies sharp and impactfulAnalyze data, track KPIs, and report to senior leadershipBe the face of the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferencesRecruit, develop, and coach top-tier sales talentWhat You Bring to the TableA track record of leading high-performing sales teamsStrategic thinking and a bias for actionExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSalesforce pipeline management expertiseDeep customer relationship skillsWillingness and ability to travel regionally as neededLocation RequirementThis is a remote leadership role, but you must live within your designated region (East of the Mississippi) to be considered.Why Join Us?Valcom isn't just a company — it's a hub of innovation, redefining communication in a rapidly evolving world.
