Organization- Grand Hyatt GuangzhouSummaryYou will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible to position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications.QualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 8 years work experience as Director of Sales &Marketing in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
