We seek those who are wholehearted, craft-driven, and bright.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead, motivate, and optimize our high-performing sales organization. This position requires an accomplished leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment. The Director of Sales will oversee the sales operations strategy, drive consistent revenue growth, and ensure the team’s performance aligns with company goals and customer success.This is a full-time leadership position with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity for those local to Sarasota, FL.Responsibilities Lead and oversee the entire sales organization, managing both inbound and outbound sales operations. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives to optimize growth and operational efficiency. Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting accuracy across CRM and analytics platforms. Conduct regular audits of lead cadence, call activity, and deal quality to ensure performance consistency and operational excellence. Manage and refine sales enablement programs and tools, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.ai. Design and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs in collaboration with HR leadership, leveraging Google Classroom/LMS. Oversee recruiting, hiring, and talent development for all sales roles. Foster strong crossdepartmental relationships with Marketing and Customer Success teams to enhance lead generation, conversion, and client retention. Manage sales payroll, expense tracking, and performance incentive programs. Provide regular insights to leadership based on sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Support sales reps on calls and participate in trade shows and quarterly team visits. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorlevel role. Proven success managing highvolume digital sales teams in SaaS, ORM, or digital marketing environments. Strong understanding of CRM systems (Zoho preferred), analytics tools, and sales performance reporting. Ability to design and execute structured training, coaching, and performance improvement programs. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, motivational style. Datadriven decisionmaker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Experience with lead distribution systems, pipeline management, and fullfunnel optimization. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
