As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position in the luxury hospitality sector.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy ratesLead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targetsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partnersOversee the creation and implementation of sales forecasts, budgets, and action plansCollaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectivesRepresent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior managementImplement and optimize the use of CRM systems to enhance sales processes and customer relationshipsDevelop strategies to capitalize on the unique cultural and historical offerings of AlUla to attract high-value guests and eventsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum 7-10 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExtensive knowledge of the luxury travel market and MICE sectorStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales teamExcellent strategic planning and revenue management capabilitiesProficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics toolsOutstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsExperience in budget management and financial analysisAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changesFamiliarity with the Middle Eastern hospitality market is highly desirableWillingness to relocate to AlUla, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local culture and business environmentAdditional Informationexperience is an assetPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plus
