A Director of Sales position in the Greater Duluth area is available with Storm Search. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on strategy, team development, and customer engagement — perfect for someone passionate about building strong teams and delivering results.What You’ll Do:Lead and inspire District Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve year-over-year growth.Coach, train, and develop team members with a focus on performance, goal setting, and accountability.Partner with leadership on sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.Build strong relationships with customers and actively engage in the field.Oversee accounts receivable, drive new business, and strengthen existing relationships.Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent.Support business planning processes and performance reviews.What You Bring:10+ years of sales and/or management experience within the foodservice industryProven ability to lead teams, coach effectively, and drive results.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Serve Safe certification within 90 days.This is a visible, high-impact leadership role where you’ll help shape the future of our sales organization.
