About the RoleWe are seeking a Special Projects Director to work directly with the President as both a strategic partner and an operational driver. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and tactical execution. In the same 30 minutes, you might help shape a new growth strategy and then process a member refund or set up a HubSpot campaign. This is not a secretarial or administrative position. It’s for someone who thrives in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment—where you help set the vision and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen. If projects typically take you months to complete or require multiple layers of approval, this role is not for you. We move quickly, focus on outcomes, and value resourceful operators who get things done.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology and Innovation Evaluate, integrate, and implement technologies including AI tools, automations, CRMs, and analytics systems.Design and manage AI-powered workflows for inbox management, refund optimization, and reporting.Oversee and refine HubSpot automations across marketing, operations, and sales.Recommend and deploy tools that enhance productivity and scalability.Partner with leadership to execute the company’s technology roadmap.Strategic and Operational Execution Serve as an extension of the CEO, managing high-priority projects from idea to completion.Identify inefficiencies and implement simple, scalable solutions.Balance strategic insight with day-to-day execution and accountability.Build systems and dashboards to track progress, performance, and outcomes.Sample Projects Manage HubSpot campaigns and personalized URL tracking.Implement AI tools to improve member communication and workflow efficiency.Oversee Stripe workflows and identify automation opportunities.Manage communication and engagement for SCLA’s National Advisory Board.Coordinate digital initiatives such as the CEO Uncensored Podcast, webinars, and social channels.Conduct AI-driven research to support lead sourcing and market analysis.
