If you’re someone who thrives in high-growth environments, loves solving complex problems, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You’ll DoStrategic Planning & AlignmentPartner with senior leadership to turn company goals into clear operational plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.Lead and support annual and quarterly planning with data-backed recommendations.Ensure strategy is consistently translated into execution across teams Performance Management & InsightsBuild dashboards, reports, and performance insights that track KPIs across sales, partnerships, client programs, and operations.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives and team leaders Use reporting and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, guide decision-making, and lead change-management efforts when improvements are needed.Data, Modeling & Systems IntegrationCollect, synthesize, and interpret data from multiple systems to support decision-making and organizational visibility.Develop models and forecasts for strategic planning, capacity management, revenue optimization, and resource allocation.Strengthen data systems and ensure teams have access to timely, accurate insights.Operational ExcellenceIdentify inefficiencies and lead process-improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and scalability.Build scalable workflows, playbooks, templates, and systems that establish consistency and accountability across departments.Drive operational clarity to support sustained growth and efficiency Project Leadership & Cross-Functional InfluenceManage high-impact strategic projects from problem framing through execution and post-mortem analysis Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, partnerships, and leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery.Step in to support or lead internal teams as needed to keep critical strategic initiatives moving forward.RequirementsWhat You BringExperience8–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, business planning, consulting, or a similar cross-functional leadership roleProven track record of driving measurable business impact through strategic initiativesAdvanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and project management systemsStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExceptional communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership Skill SetA strategic thinker who can see the big picture while diving deep into analytical and operational detailsData-driven, systems-oriented, and passionate about improving efficiency and organizational performanceHands-on leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the job doneNatural problem solver with strong execution, follow-through, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguityEqually comfortable building an analysis, leading a cross-functional meeting, or managing a complex projectThrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Salary Description190,000 - 220,000
