Reporting to our CEO, Tod, you’ll be responsible for delivering on revenue targets, scaling our revenue team, and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and operations.You’ll collaborate closely with both the creative and media teams to ensure lead generation matches planned growth, while coaching your team to hit results consistently and confidently.This is a role for a driven, metrics-focused leader who thrives in high-performance environments and genuinely enjoys building and winning with a team.🔍 What You'll DoRevenue LeadershipOwn and drive company revenue targetsBuild and manage dashboards to track performance and forecast growthAlign sales activities with lead generation and media campaignsOptimize pricing, offers, and conversion strategy with the marketing teamTeam DevelopmentLead and coach a growing sales team with a culture of accountabilityRecruit top talent and onboard them for high impactHost regular reviews, trainings, and performance improvement systemsOversee SOPs, performance reports, and operational process improvementsStrategic CollaborationPartner with the General Manager to align business and revenue goalsCoordinate closely with creative teams to ensure content fuels lead flowSupport high-level community and brand initiatives (At-Risk Youth, Kings Club)🧠 What You BringRequired:5+ years of experience in sales leadership or revenue management rolesProven ability to lead teams to exceed $30M+ in annual revenueDeep familiarity with CRM platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or HubSpotProficiency with Google Sheets / Excel for forecasting and revenue analysisExperience with contract tools (e.g. PandaDoc, DocuSign) and call coaching tools (e.g. Gong, Chorus)Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skillsStrong track record building commission structures and high-performance culturesPreferred:Experience in high-growth startups, digital products, or creator-led brandsFamiliarity with paid media strategy and aligning it with sales goalsTools we love: Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, Canva, Zapier, Meta Ads, Close.io💡 You're a Great Fit If You…Love working toward clear goals and pushing your team to winBalance hustle with systems thinkingAre data-driven and energized by performanceStay cool under pressure and bounce back fastWant to work with people, not just over themAre hungry for more than a job, you want a mission🌄 Why Kelowna?
