This service is powered by a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals who lead with integrity and a relentless drive to exceed expectations, bringing clarity and efficiency to the often-overwhelming world of healthcare.THE POSITION:Reporting to VaxCare’s CEO, the Director of Strategic Projects and Insights works on project teams to solve complex client problems by conducting research, performing data analysis, and developing recommendations for clients like payers and providers. Key responsibilities include supporting project management, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, and communicating findings and solutions through client-facing presentations and reports. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Data analysis and research: Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and treatment patterns using large datasets and specialized tools. Perform quantitative analysis, which may include financial modeling and developing predictive models.Client engagement: Build relationships with and interview stakeholders, such as health system executives, physicians, and patients. Support client meetings and workshops.Problem-solving and strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop project methodologies and strategic recommendations.
