You will also be expected to recruit and lead a lean team of specialists who comes from diverse backgorund. Other responsibilities include:Supporting the CEO in strategic planning and decision-making processes.Conducting in-depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights.Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.Monitoring key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.Managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.Facilitating effective communication between the CEO and other key stakeholders.Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, helping shape and execute the company's long-term vision and priorities.Lead and mentor a high-performing team within the CEO Office, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and cross-functional alignment.Oversee internal business operations, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.Prepare board materials, investor communications, and executive presentations with clarity and impact.Coordinating with senior leaders across departments to ensure timely delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.Representing the CEO in internal and external forums, maintaining a professional and composed presence.Monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning.The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should possess strong communication in Bahasa and English.
