We’re looking for a Director of Organic Social to own our organic, creator, and community strategy — across every platform that matters. This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and commerce. You’ll drive the long-term social roadmap while still staying close enough to the day-to-day to know what’s working and why.You’ll lead the charge on how our brand shows up online: the stories we tell, the creators we partner with, and the systems that make it all scale. From UGC to affiliates to TikTok Shop, you’ll turn our community into a growth engine.ResponsibilitiesSet the Strategy: Define the long-term vision for organic and creator-led social. Build frameworks that turn brand awareness into measurable business growth.Own the Channels: Develop playbooks and content systems for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms. Keep the tone sharp, the creative clean, and the message consistent.Lead Content Direction: Oversee creative ideation, production, and publishing. Make sure every piece ladders up to strategy — not just what trends, but what performs.Grow the Creator & Affiliate Network: Build and optimize programs that attract authentic voices, reward performance, and strengthen community trust.Run TikTok Shop: Lead strategy and execution for TikTok Shop, integrating content, creator, and commerce to drive conversion.Measure & Iterate: Track performance, spot patterns, and adjust fast. Use insights to guide both creative and investment decisions.Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with growth, brand, and e-commerce teams to ensure social supports bigger marketing goals.Social Media: User of social media platforms, familiar with trends and creators Qualifications6+ years in social or digital marketingProven success growing a brand through organic and creator-led content.Expert understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, and social commerce platforms.Experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs.Strong creative instincts backed by data-driven decision making.Ability to translate business goals into actionable social strategy.Comfortable moving between high-level planning and tactical execution.You’ll Thrive Here If You…Think like a strategist but move like an operator.Know when to jump on trends — and when to skip them.Care about community as much as conversion.Build systems that make great ideas repeatable.Keep things simple.
