Job Description

This is not a “maintain what’s already in place” role — it’s a builder’s seat. The Director of People & Culture will serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, responsible for designing and leading the function. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape our client's people strategy, while also owning the day-to-day HR operations that keep the organization running smoothly.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a growth environment, enjoys solving complex people and process challenges, and can balance big-picture thinking with tactical execution.What You’ll DoBuild and Lead the P&C FunctionEstablish and lead the P&C function for a multi-site healthcare organization in rapid growth mode.Serve as the CEO’s trusted advisor on all people matters — from culture to compliance.Design and implement the structure, policies, and systems that will scale as we grow.Own HR OperationsManage all HR operations, including:Payroll processing (accuracy, timeliness, and coordination with Finance).Benefits administration, renewals, and vendor partnerships.HRIS management, employee records, and reporting.Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare requirements.Onboarding and offboarding to ensure consistent, compliant employee experiences.Develop and document repeatable processes to bring clarity and consistency across the organization.Lead Talent, Culture, and GrowthOversee recruiting and workforce planning for both clinical and corporate roles.Build strong pipelines for physicians, APPs, and clinic support staff.Design engagement, recognition, and development programs that strengthen our culture and reduce turnover.Partner with leaders to create clear performance management frameworks and leadership development opportunities.Compensation, Benefits & ComplianceLead compensation benchmarking and ensure fair, competitive pay practices.Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with healthcare and labor laws.Partner closely with Finance and Operations on workforce costs and HR reporting.Drive Change and IntegrationProvide HR leadership through acquisition integrations and new market expansions.Champion communication, consistency, and alignment between corporate and clinic teams.Help Resolve Pain Solutions grow with confidence by embedding a culture of accountability and trust.What We’re Looking For10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.Proven success building or scaling HR functions — ideally in a healthcare, physician group, or multi-site setting.Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, HRIS systems, and compliance reporting.Excellent working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Hands-on, execution-oriented leader who enjoys balancing strategy and detail.PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.Bachelor’s degree required.Must be based in Atlanta, GA or surrounding areas.
