You will play a critical role in enabling our mission by driving operational excellence across all facets of HR. You are passionate about building efficient, compliant, and scalable people processes that empower teams to thrive. The People Operations Director will oversee the full spectrum of People Operations across BridgeBio’s International footprint and play a pivotal role in the implementation and integration of Workday as our global HRIS platform.This role will also be responsible for establishing and managing new legal entities across multiple countries, ensuring that BridgeBio’s growth is supported by a strong and compliant HR infrastructure. You will partner with senior leadership across the Global People team, Finance, and Legal to shape and execute our International operations strategy.Key Responsibilities HR Operations Strategy & LeadershipLead the design and execution of BridgeBio’s HR operations strategy internationally, ensuring alignment with global People objectivesOversee HR administration, payroll, benefits, systems, compliance, and employee data management across all International entitiesPartner with senior leadership to create and operationalize new legal entities in additional Ex US jurisdictions, ensuring readiness from an HR, payroll, and compliance standpointBuild and mentor a high-performing People operations team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementServe as a trusted advisor to People and Finance leadership on People operational readiness, expansion planning, and process scalability Workday Implementation & HR TechnologyIn partnership with the US team, lead the integration and rollout of Workday across BridgeBio’s International operations, ensuring data accuracy, process alignment, and user adoptionCollaborate with global HRIS and IT teams to configure, test, and deploy modules supporting core HR, payroll, benefits, and reportingEstablish governance and data standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability of HR systems HR Administration & ComplianceProvide strategic oversight for all employee lifecycle processes — onboarding, mobility, and offboarding — ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data privacy (GDPR)Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company values, local regulations, and business goalsOversee immigration and work authorization processesMaintain consistent and compliant employee documentation across all jurisdictions Payroll, Benefits, and Entity OperationsOversee payroll execution and governance across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliancePartner with Finance and external payroll providers to harmonize payroll processes across entitiesDevelop and align benefits strategies with global Total Rewards, ensuring competitive and compliant offeringsManage audits and ensure robust internal controls around HR data, payroll, and compliance Continuous Improvement & AnalyticsUse data and metrics to monitor HR operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive process optimizationPartner with Global HR leadership to ensure consistency and scalability of People Operations processesChampion initiatives to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational agilityThe above job description documents the general nature and level of work but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of activities, duties, and responsibilities required of job incumbents.
