You will guide accounting product teams, collaborating with engineering and UX leaders to define and execute our long-term accounting product strategy. Lead through trust, transparency and accountability.Cultivating Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams across the organization - Finance, Services, Sales, and Marketing -to ensure product strategy effectively supports all key initiatives. Cross-functional stakeholders see you as the product expert and thought leader for accounting.QualificationsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of experience in product management or a highly related field5+ years of experience managing and mentoring product managers in SaaS environmentsMust haveTrack record of delivering customer-centric products in partnership with Engineering and DesignFamiliarity with agentic AI, modern development practices, and continuous deliveryExperience with 0 to 1 new product development as well as optimizing existing products for growthAbility to create a multi-year view of product priorities and investments. Understand and be able to articulate the impacts of investments and trade-offs in product priorities.Demonstrated ability to foster high-performing culture, and lead through growth and complexity.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels; low-ego, high-trust leadership style.Background in accounting is preferred.. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
