Director Product Supply & Launch

We're supporting an innovative and fast-scaling biotech company in Germany in their search for a Director of Product Launch & Supply Chain. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end launch readiness and global supply chain strategy across a pipeline of cutting-edge therapies.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional product launch planning from clinical handover through commercial distributionBuild and optimize global supply chain operations (CMOs, logistics, inventory, demand planning)Partner closely with regulatory, QA, manufacturing, and commercial teamsEnsure compliance and readiness across EU and global marketsRequirements:Proven experience in supply chain and product launch within biotech or pharmaStrong leadership in a high-growth, international environmentFluent English (no German required)Willing to relocate to Germany – full relocation support providedThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven company at the forefront of biotech innovation.
