Come build the future of pharmacy with us.Job Posting TitleDirector, Project and Program Management - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Director Project and Program Management is responsible for leading the execution and management of Prime’s strategic projects/programs. This position will work closely with senior leadership and other Prime departments to support strategy development and drive improvements to program-related initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional execution of project/program strategies, provide thought leadership and ensuring alignment on overall strategy across teamsManage and oversee performance and outcomes of a complex set of projects/programs, including ensuring project/program performance guarantees or KPIs are met for quality and serviceProvide leadership and direction to team responsible for management of projects/programsManage vendor or key partner relationships, including contractual results and strategic interactionsLead the identification, development, and implementation of process improvements and key enhancements for project/program management processes and toolsAct as the key escalation point for issues related to assigned projects/programs, including representing Prime in internal and external executive communicationsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required8 years of work experience in project/program management or business analysis5 years of leadership/supervisory/management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsExcellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communicationsInterpersonal skills necessary to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of PrimeWell-developed leadership skills; ability to engage, inspire, influence and develop othersAbility to identify and implement enhancement opportunitiesAbility to manage multiple, complex projects/programs and timelines simultaneously without compromising qualityPreferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or advanced degreePBM/health care experienceExperience with formal project management and process improvement methodologiesExperience in working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholdersEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and proceduresEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
