Director, Projects Management📍 Location: North Jeolla, Korea📌 Team: Engineering📑 Type: PermanentWe are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineer to lead capital projects and process scale-up from pilot to commercial plants globally. This is a senior leadership role with significant impact on our global manufacturing footprint.What You’ll DoLead process design, scale-up, and technology transfer from pilot to global sites.Manage capital projects (values £50M+) including EPC selection and governance.Drive process safety: HAZOP, HAZID, risk analysis, MoC.Oversee engineering documentation, workflow, and compliance.Collaborate cross-border with UK & Korea teams, influencing product roadmap and investment decisions.What We’re Looking ForMaster’s in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years experience in capital projects or commercial chemical plants.Strong background in process design (PFD, P&ID), scale-up, and technology transfer.Proven expertise in process safety and regulatory compliance.Excellent English communication skills for global collaboration.Bonus: Experience with Silane, hazardous gases, pressure systems, and EPC management.🌍 Interested in global exposure?
