Title: Project Director - Data CenterLocation: MumbaiExp Required: 20-25 yearsResponsibilities:Experience of 25+ years in Project Management in Large Data Centre Projects / Similar EPC projects involving MEPTechno-commercial person, having experience of Project Management, Development and Execution of Hyperscale data centers / mission-critical facilitiesResponsible for identification of Project requirements and establishing Project definition, scope and Execution Strategy.Responsible for overall Project Management and e2e delivery of Project within defined Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety parametersEnsure compliance and adherance to all the established processes and systems by all stakeholdersInterface with all internal and external stakeholders including PMC, EPCM, Engineering, P&C and Construction to ensure all are aligned to the Project requirementsImplement Change Management Processes are ensuring all changes pertaining to Design / Project requirements are affected and stakeholders alignedImplement Risk Management Processes to ensure that risks are timely identified and mitigated
