Job DescriptionWork closely with senior management and be part of the team that drives Shopee’s business growth through identifying and implementing solutionsOwn and drive high-impact projects across variety of business verticalsIdentify and create improvement or strategic expansion ideas specific to Shopee to maintain sustainability and competitive edgeDeliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approachRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fieldsMinimum 6+ years of working experience in any industry, and additional experience in management consulting would be a plusAbility to demonstrate strong experience in strategic project management and/or people managementAbility to think creatively, identify, build support for innovative solutions and communicate complex ideas effectivelyOutstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data setsComfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with different stakeholdersSolid functional knowledge in their own area of expertise (preferred experience includes, but is not limited to, strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc)
