And we have great news! … We are looking for a Superstar like you, customer-focused and eager to have the best day, every day…Role Purpose:The Regional Sales Director is responsible for planning, directing and implementing marketing and sales strategies necessary for the commercial development of DHL Colombia. Optimize the support to the business units at national level, in knowledge of the objectives determined by the company. Support the development and improvement of the units in charge of commercial development in the country and work together with the managers of the different business units to review and agree on the implementation of a regional segment strategy and the development of strategic plans. Participation rate 31% / 3 Headcounts (Senior Managers). Additionally, as this role oversees the regions of Colombia at a general level, it is involved in high-impact decisions and projects related to people, market, growth, and business across areas such as Operations, Human Resources, Customer Service, and IT, working directly with directors and teams.The position can be based in Medellín (preferably), Cali, or Barranquilla. It is part of the SMT, reporting dotted line to the CEO, and will be a 7-month stretch assignment.Main Responsibilities: Strategic Positioning: Ensure DHL’s leadership as the top international transportation provider in key cities and industries, achieving annual market share growth and aspirational commercial targets. Market Insight & Analysis: Continuously assess logistics trends, industry performance, risks, opportunities, and competition to guide strategic decision-making and regional actions. Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership: Partner with Operations, HR, IT, Customer Service, and Security leaders to support high-impact projects and decisions across regions. High-Performance Leadership: Build and inspire a results-driven managerial team with strategic vision, analytical ability, and disciplined execution. Business Growth & Expansion: Drive regional expansion through new client acquisition, market penetration, and the development of innovative products, services, and business centers. Customer & Relationship Management: Strengthen long-term partnerships with key clients, directors, and associations, ensuring proactive engagement and satisfaction. Sustainability & Profitability: Position DHL as the leading provider of sustainable logistics solutions while ensuring profitability across all ventures. Alignment & Execution: Ensure total alignment with regional resources and teams to execute strategic plans, close key opportunities, and sustain growth.Your Perfil:Educational Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, EconomyKnowledge in International trade High level of communication and writing skills Excellent negotiation skills High strategic and analytical profile Knowledge in commercial presentations at high levels. Experience in analysis of sales reports and project management Expected (Years of) Experience: 5 or more years of sales experience 3 or more years of eadership experience.Lenguage requirements: English advance.
