Do you thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders on ESG initiatives?The opportunityEY is looking for a Senior Architect to join our ESG team in Stockholm and help transform our clients' sustainability strategies.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural engagements focused on ESG frameworks, integrating sustainability into business processes and technology solutionsIdentify and address challenges related to ESG compliance and reporting, translating business pain points into actionable architectureCollaborate with internal sales teams and contribute to the EY Nordic community, promoting sustainable practices across sectorsDeliver strategic consulting across domains such as Sustainable Supply Chain, PLM, and Data Architecture with an ESG lensGuide and mentor individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and sustainabilityQualificationsSkills and attributes for success8–12 years of experience in architecture roles within top-tier consulting firms, with a focus on ESG or sustainabilityProven track record in consultancy, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of Sustainable Supply Chain and PLM processes; experience with Data Architecture in the context of ESG is a plusAbility to navigate complex organizations and influence across multiple levels, particularly in sustainability initiativesFluent in English; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is a bonusMeritoriousExperience working in international teams and projectsCertifications in sustainability or architecture domainsAs a person you areCurious – You ask questions, explore new ideas, and challenge the status quo, especially in sustainabilityAmbitious – You’re driven to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact on the environment and societyA Leader – You inspire others and know how to bring people together to deliver results in ESG initiativesWhat We Offer YouAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
