As they continue to scale, the Director, Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in shaping their workforce, culture, and employer brand. This position leads the global recruiting function—aligning strategy with business goals, optimizing systems and processes, and ensuring that every hire strengthens the company’s high-performance and inclusive culture.Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy to support company growth targets, workforce planning and future talent needs, including expansion into new markets.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team of internal and external recruiters, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Partner closely with executive leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and influence strategic workforce planning.Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all functions, establishing scalable processes that ensure quality, speed, and alignment to organizational goals.Evaluate, select and manage third party recruiting vendors (e.g. agencies, sourcing platforms, tools) to ensure alignment with hiring goals, budget and quality standards.Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency and strong ROI.Implement and evolve recruitment analytics to improve funnel conversion, track and improve key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.Optimize and scale recruiting tools, systems, and processes to deliver operational efficiency and a best-in-class candidate experience with a lens of AI.Strengthen and activate the company’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling that attract exceptional talent.Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate/new hire experience from first interaction through the first 90 days of onboarding.Represent the company at career events, industry forums, and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility and talent pipelines.Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating performance to maximize ROI.Required Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated success designing and executing scalable talent strategies that drive business outcomes in a global market space.Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions including GTM, technical and leadership roles.Experience managing recruiting vendors and external partners, with demonstrated ability to drive performance, efficiency and quality.Strong knowledge of recruiting technologies, including ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR analytics systems with a strong preference for experience with Greenhouse.Data-driven mindset with experience building and reporting on recruiting KPIs and insights.Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executives and influence strategic decisions.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for coaching, developing talent, and fostering an environment of inclusion and excellence.
