Our solutions are highly scalable and seamlessly integrate into industry-leading platforms.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for someone that can build robust, scalable platform with state-of-the-art AI capabilities integrated with both customer-facing and internal applications. The platform is the foundational blocks on which various vertical solutions will build delightful AI experiences for our customers. The selected individual will also work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging his/her industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.QualificationsStrong technical background (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycleExperience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practiceAbility to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representativesExceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job doneA quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinkerExceptional communication and collaboration skillsDeep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and resultsBachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)7+ years of experience managing technical programs with 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you owned the technical vision
