Position OverviewWe are seeking an visionary Director to lead the strategic and operational growth of our project.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and MLM (multi-level marketing), excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage international teams.This is a hybrid role, and the candidate must be travel-friendly for business meetings, events, and partnership opportunities. Key Responsibilities• Oversee Project’s operations, business strategy, and long-term growth plans.• Lead and coordinate local and international teams.• Represent the project at conferences, partnerships, and media events.• Supervise project development management, and marketing strategies.• Build partnerships in the crypto, fintech, and blockchain sectors.• Ensure compliance with company standards and international regulations. Requirements• Proven experience as a Director or Senior Management role in blockchain, crypto, or fintech.• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain systems, and MLM business models.• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written).• Must be travel-friendly and adaptable to hybrid working conditions.
