About The RoleYour Own Way Australia Ltd. compassionate, reliable, and trauma-informed Disability Support Worker to join our team across the Wollongong area. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our elderly and disabled clients. We are seeking individuals to provide 2:1 support to participants with complex needs, including experiences of trauma, family violence, and drug and alcohol use.This role involves delivering person-centred support in a way that honours their cultural identity, safety, and self-determination.
