As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dispatcher to join our office.Position Summary:As a Dispatcher at BTI, you will be responsible for efficiently planning, coordinating, and managing freight loads and driver routes. Your primary goal is to ensure on-time deliveries, maximize driver efficiency, and provide outstanding service to our customers and partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.Key Responsibilities:Plan, assign, and dispatch loads to drivers based on availability, proximity, and freight requirementsSecure backhauls and maximize loaded miles to reduce deadhead timeCommunicate regularly with drivers to provide updates, directions, and supportMonitor shipments throughout transit and address any delays or issuesEnsure all delivery documentation, including BOLs and lumper receipts, are completed and processed accuratelyTrack and log load and mileage data in dispatch systemsUse logistics platforms such as DAT and other TMS software to manage daily operationsCoordinate with internal departments (safety, billing, HR) to ensure smooth workflowHandle emergency situations and resolve issues in a timely, professional mannerBe available to work rotating weekends or off-hours, as neededQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience in the U.S. trucking/logistics industry (required)Fluent in English (spoken and written)Strong understanding of freight logistics, DOT regulations, and route planningProficient in logistics software (e.g., DAT, Load Boards, TMS systems)Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesReliable, team-oriented, and solutions-focusedCompensation & Benefits:Competitive, performance-based pay structureOpportunities for rapid career growth and advancementProfessional development and training programsSupportive team and positive work environmentFull-time, on-site position in a modern office environment in DenverHow to Apply:If you’re ready to grow your career in logistics and join a company that values dedication and performance, we want to hear from you.📩 Submit your resume today to be considered for this exciting opportunity with BTI.
