We specialize in both standard and special cargo, and we work with a wide portfolio of European clients and subcontractors.Our long-term success is built on trust, innovation, and continuous investment in both technology and people.Who We're HiringWe're hiring Dispatchers / Transport Coordinators / Freight Forwarders, with the following profile:You’re experienced in planning and coordinating transport flowsYou like working in a fast-paced, organized office environmentYou have good knowledge of the European transport market (FTL/LTL)You’re a strong communicator and negotiator, with both clients and subcontractorsYou speak English fluently; any other language is a big advantageYou’re motivated by performance and open to developing your own client/supplier portfolioYou’re either an individual professional or part of a ready-to-work dispatching teamYour Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate domestic and international transportsNegotiate rates and terms with clients and carriersMonitor ongoing transport operations and handle incidents proactivelyCommunicate efficiently with drivers, partners, and clientsEnsure all documents and transport details are in full legal and contractual complianceWork with internal systems (TMS, ERP) to register and optimize activityTrack KPIs and report performance to the management teamRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in dispatching / freight forwarding / transport coordinationStrong understanding of transport regulations and logistics flowsExcellent planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesFluent in English; other European languages (e.g., German, Hungarian, Italian) are a plusExperience with Microsoft Office and logistics platforms (TMS, ERP)Existing client or subcontractor portfolio – considered a significant advantageInternational work experience – optional but valuedWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary and progressive performance bonusesOpportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and international environmentLong-term stability in a company with over 30 years of market presenceFlexible collaboration models for high-performing individuals or small teamsPrivate medical insuranceIndividual or Team?
